# Honest-Olt

Honest-Olt provides private online shops and operating software for local merchants, public shop discovery and ordering, company purchasing and Daily Meals, and tools for independent local couriers. RBN SPC LTD provides the infrastructure; each merchant remains the seller and merchant of record.

`prepare_company_registration` creates nothing. It checks company details and returns a link to the registration page with them filled in; the authorised administrator opens it, checks every field, receives a code at their own e-mail address and presses Register themselves. There is no way to create a company from a chat, and no assistant should say it has.

Three kinds of account connect here: a customer, a shop manager, a company administrator.

This signs you in to a company account that already exists. A company cannot be opened from here — that needs your VAT number, registered address and signatory, on the company registration page.

## How to connect

Ask your own assistant, in its own chat:

Customer: "Honest-Olt.com Walk me through adding a plugin or connector to this app. I want you to browse shops and put orders together for me on my Honest-Olt account."

Shop manager: "Honest-Olt.com Walk me through adding a plugin or connector to this app. I want you to work with my shop's Honest-Olt account as its manager."

Company administrator: "Honest-Olt.com Walk me through adding a plugin or connector to this app. I want you to set up for me a Corporate Customer account in Honest-Olt."

## What the assistant never does on its own

The account holder ticks this sentence themselves, signed in, before any of it is possible:

My AI agent may PREPARE the things that change my account itself: leaving Honest-Olt, granting or withdrawing a closing shop's consent, accepting a company invitation, removing a saved door photo, and drafting a spending permission for my Loyalty Card. It prepares them and hands me a link — I press the button myself, signed in, every time, and it can do none of them on its own. Drafting a spending permission is not permission to spend: no money of mine moves under this tick, only under that separate one, with its own words and its own limits. One thing here is a READ and not a prepare, and there is no link to press: the telephone of the rider carrying one of my orders, so I can call them, while they are carrying it and for one hour after it is delivered. Without this my agent cannot do any of them at all. I can stop this at any time on my Use your AI page.
