Honest-Olt provides private online shops and operating software for local merchants, public shop discovery and ordering, company purchasing and Daily Meals, and tools for independent local couriers. RBN SPC LTD provides the infrastructure; each merchant remains the seller and merchant of record.
Merchants pay a flat EUR 50 net plus applicable VAT per shop each month from activation. There is no setup fee and Honest-Olt takes no percentage of sales. Online card payments are direct charges to the merchant's own connected Stripe account. Couriers keep 100% of the delivery fee; Honest-Olt does not take a per-delivery commission.
